American Legion Baseball - Western A District Day One Highlights

On Thursday, July 24, we photographed four games at the Western A District baseball tournament, beginning with the Bitterroot Bucs taking down the Missoula Mavericks by a score of 7-1. In the second matchup, the Cranbrook Bandits overcame a very tough Mission Valley club, winning by a score of 7-3. Then the Kalispell Lakers outscored the Libby Loggers 7-5, followed by a great game between the host Glacier Twins and the top-seeded Bitterroot Red Sox. After the Twins took a 4-3 lead in the third inning, the favored Sox came back with two runs in the fourth to secure a hard-fought 5-4 victory.
